At Abutic, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-engraved NFC cards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original condition (excluding personalized engraving issues).
• Custom cards may be returned for a refund or replacement if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We stand behind our product quality.

How to Initiate a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. No photo evidence is required. We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
